In-Store Returns
Items purchased in-store can only be returned if they are faulty or damaged. We kindly ask that you inspect your items upon purchase, and if you notice any issues, please return them to us as soon as possible with proof of purchase. Returns are not accepted for change of mind, incorrect size, or other non-fault-related reasons. All faulty returns will be assessed, and if approved, we’ll offer a replacement, repair, or refund in line with our policy. Thank you for understanding and supporting our commitment to quality.
Online Returns
We accept returns for online orders only if the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery. If you receive a product that is not in perfect condition, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, along with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Returns for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size, or personal preference are not accepted. Once the return is approved, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate. Please ensure items are returned in their original packaging and unused condition. We’re committed to resolving any issues swiftly and fairly.

Product Exchange
We’re happy to offer an exchange if the item you received is faulty or incorrect due to our error. In such cases, we will cover any additional costs involved in the exchange process. However, if the damage is caused by misuse, mishandling, or negligence on the customer’s part, the item will not be eligible for a free exchange. In these instances, exchanges may still be possible, but additional charges will apply to cover repair or replacement costs. We kindly ask that all items be returned in their original condition for assessment before an exchange is approved.
