What do you buy?
Phones (iPhone 8 and newer), tablets, smartwatches, MacBooks, consoles and handhelds, headphones and earbuds, and VR or gaming headsets from the big brands. Not in our list? Choose Other and tell us what it is.
Do you buy cracked or faulty devices?
Yes. Choose "Damaged or faulty" and tell us what's wrong, and we'll price it.
How do I get paid?
By bank transfer within 30 minutes, once we've checked the device in the shop and you're happy with the price.
What do I need to bring?
Photo ID and the device. Switch off Find My iPhone, or remove your Samsung or Google account, first. If you're not sure how, we'll help you in the shop.
Can I put the money towards a phone from you?
Yes. Trade in towards one of our phones and we add extra on top of your price.
What about my photos and data?
Back up your device before you come. We make sure it's reset before we buy it.
